About Frauke
I am a clinically registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a passion to help people overcome and transform life’s challenges into opportunities for growth and healing. I provide person-centered counselling and psychotherapy services for young people (12 years up) and adults.
In my Beyond Talk Counselling practice I integrate conventional and expressive-creative therapy approaches to help people uncover personal strengths, insights, possibilities and new perspectives that allow them to make empowering changes in their lives.
I use a non-directive, empathic approach that empowers and motivates my clients in the therapeutic process. I work from the assumption that every human being strives for and has the capacity to fulfill their own potential.
How Frauke works
In my private practice I provide a non-judgemental and accepting environment where I meet clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard to help facilitate change. I offer support, guidance and structure so that my clients can discover personalized solutions within themselves.
I support people to:
Safely uncover underlying issues, key matters and opportunities
Move with more ease through difficult or challenging times
Access their inner resourcefulness and wisdom
Reframe and transform old perceptions
Gain insights and clarity
Explore new possibilities and potential
Facilitate their own healing and empowerment
