Fees and Rebates
A $130 fee is charged per individual session, from $170* for couples and small family groups. Payment is taken at the end of each session. Square facilities are available for credit card payments**. Various rebates are available through private health insurance, but not through Medicare.
You can claim counselling and psychotherapy services through the following private health providers: ARHG, Police Health, St Luke’s Health, Phoenix Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Medibank, ahm and BUPA. Please check your extras policy for details.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or re-scheduled up to 24 hours prior without incurring a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours incur a cancellation fee 50% of the full session cost. Covid-19, medical emergency and compassionate exemptions apply at the practitioner’s discretion.
